Cut approximately 40–50 cm of dental floss and wrap the ends around the index fingers of both hands. Carefully insert the floss between teeth. Curve it into a C shape around the tooth surface and gently move the floss up and down along each tooth’s side. Avoid pressing the floss into the gums. Use a clean section of floss for each interdental space. Recommended for daily use.
