How long are earned loyalty points valid?
Loyalty points earned at all loyalty levels are valid for 3 months from the date they are awarded.
When will my loyalty points appear in my account?
Loyalty points earned from an order are activated immediately after the order has been delivered.
How many loyalty points can I use for a single order?
Registered KLIPSHOP customers can use up to 100% of their accumulated loyalty points when paying for products.
When can I use my accumulated loyalty points?
Loyalty points can be used for orders with a minimum cart value of €15.
Terms and Conditions
- Points are awarded when purchasing gift cards and e-vouchers, but they are not earned when paying with vouchers.
- Loyalty points cannot be used for orders that include a KLIPSHOP gift card. If a gift card is included in the cart, loyalty points cannot be redeemed for the entire order.
- The customer's loyalty level is determined solely by the points earned from successfully completed orders. Points granted or gifted by the seller are not included in the loyalty level calculation and do not affect the customer's loyalty level.
- If you use loyalty points and do not collect or receive your order, the redeemed points will not be refunded.
- Unused loyalty points expire after 3 months, while your achieved loyalty level remains unchanged.
- Your loyalty points balance is recalculated daily.
- KLIPSHOP reserves the right to modify the terms and benefits of the loyalty program at any time.
