Use of Points

Accumulated loyalty points can be redeemed on orders with a minimum basket value of 15 GBP. Loyalty points cannot be used if the basket value is less than 15 GBP.

KlipShops loyalty program allows to use up to 100% of each registered customer’s accumulated loyalty points when paying for selected items.

KlipShops loyalty points are given at the time of a gift card or e-coupon purchase, however, the points will not be received when purchasing with one of them (gift card, e-coupon).

Loyalty points used for desired goods will not be refunded in case of a parcel being missed or not collected on purpose.

KLIPSHOP loyalty points cannot be used on orders with a KLIPSHOP gift voucher. If the gift card is purchased with additional goods in the basket, the loyalty points cannot be used.

Validation of Loyalty Points

Loyalty points received for the completed order in the customer‘s account, become valid immediately after the purchase is being delivered.

Points received at all levels of the loyalty program are valid for 3 months. Accumulated points are recalculated daily.

If the available points are not used within 3 months, the accumulated points are canceled, but the achieved level remains the same.

Change of Terms and Conditions

KlipShop reserves the right to temporarily suspend, change and add conditions to this Loyalty Program at any time.
