    Diffuser/Aroma lamp: Add 3–5 drops. Best used during the day, as it is energizing and may disturb sleep at night.
    Room spray: Mix 50 drops in 100 ml water in a dark spray bottle. Shake well before use.
    Cleaning: Add 5 drops to water when mopping floors or cleaning surfaces for a fresh scent and natural disinfecting effect.
    Bath/Massage: Never use undiluted on skin. Mix a few drops with 10 ml carrier oil, bath salts, or cream. Ideal for foot baths or to reduce excessive sweating.
