Description

Sun and tattoos are a poor combination. Without protection, your tattoo will fade, and – what’s worse – you’ll declare an open season on your skin for various illnesses.

This SPF 50 provides high protection – but it’s not a magical product. For it to work, you have to actually use it – reapply the cream every two hours, after swimming or sweating.

IMPORTANT! If you have a new tattoo, no SPF will help you.

In that case, we recommend a vampiric lifestyle: if you really have to stay in the sun, you cover up the tattoo and avoid the beach until the tattoo is fully healed! The total time of treating the sun like an enemy will depend on the size of the tattoo, the way you care for it, and your individual preferences. Nonetheless, it’s recommended to wait at least a month.

Sunbathing with a new tattoo, in the best-case scenario, will result in faded colors. At worst, it can mess up your skin really bad.
