  Toothpaste Tablets. Chew the tablet. Brush with a wet toothbrush for approx. 2 minutes. Spit out the foam (For the maximum effect of the minerals, we recommend only spitting out the foam and not rinsing your mouth with water).

  • Recommended use: 2 times a day, morning and evening.
