    For adults, the daily dosage is 1-3 teaspoons containing 1-3 grams of chaga powder. Mix a teaspoon of powder with 200-250 ml of hot water (3 teaspoons - 600-750 ml), let it steep for 15-20 minutes, strain. Adults should drink 1-3 glasses (200-250 ml) per day before meals. The recommended usage period is up to 1 month, if necessary, repeat.
