Description

ICONFIT – BCAA 2:1:1. A premium blend of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) that has a higher content of amino acids compared to most other competing products. BCAAs include L-leucine (2 parts), L-isoleucine (1 part) and L-valine (1 part). Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.     Mix 7 g of powder (1 heaped scoop) with 150–200 ml of water, juice or another drink that contains carbohydrates and consume within 20 minutes. Consume 1–2 servings a day before and after physical exercise. Warning: Do not exceed the recommended amount. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. NB! Unflavoured BCAA is very bitter, therefore it is best to mix it with a larger quantity of other sports drinks or foods.
