ICONFIT Magnesium Fine Flakes are the best way to get magnesium because magnesium is best absorbed through the skin. Our magnesium flakes are of European origin and of the purest quality.

    To prepare a foot bath, add 150 g of flakes to 4 litres of warm (but not hot) water, sit and relax for about 20 minutes. To prepare a full body bath, add 500–1,000 g of flakes to your bath, lie back and relax for about 20 minutes. A maximum of one full body bath per day. Foot and full body baths can be taken up to 4–7 times a week.

    WARNING: Do not use if you have kidney disease, intestinal obstruction, myasthenia gravis or very slow heart rate. Not for consumption! For external use only in baths.
