    For best results, the lotion should be applied to a clean scalp once a day, preferably in the evening.

    Part the hair to expose the scalp in areas where thinning is most noticeable.  Apply the lotion directly using the applicator (usually 6–8 sprays or as directed by the packaging). Gently massage with your fingertips to ensure even distribution and to stimulate microcirculation. Do not wash your hair immediately after application. Allow it to dry naturally.
