Mario Badescu Witch Hazel & Rosewater Toner restores clarity and radiance to skin after every cleanse. Formulated with rosewater and witch hazel, this toner ensures surface impurities are removed without stripping the skin. Aloe vera, rosewater and rose oil help to soothe, hydrate, and balance the skin.
Suitable for all skin types, but ideal for combination or dry skin.
Twice daily after cleansing, apply to skin with a cotton ball or pad. Wipe in sweeping, outward motions until the cotton comes up clean. Avoid eye area. If product gets into eyes, rinse well with water.
