- Shampoo. For daily use. Apply to scalp, then work into lengths and ends of hair. Foam. Rinse. Next, apply conditioner and Food For Soft hair oil. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse them immediately with water.
- Conditioner. After using Food For Soft shampoo, apply to wet hair starting from mid-length to ends. Leave on for one minute. Rinse. Apply oil. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse them immediately with water.
