    After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from hair. Apply a generous amount of the masque evenly from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 3-5 minutes for regular conditioning, or up to 10 minutes for intensive repair. Rinse thoroughly. Use 1–2 times per week, or as needed for deeply damaged hair.
