    Grab the brush by the handle and begin gently exfoliating your body with soft, short movements. Start from your legs and move upwards (legs, thighs, abdomen, arms, back). This movement helps stimulate blood circulation and lymph flow. Don’t forget to exfoliate all body parts: legs, abdomen, back, sides, arms, and shoulders.

    • How to apply pressure: Use moderate pressure. The brush should not cause pain, but it should not be too gentle either. Feel free to adjust the pressure based on your skin’s sensitivity. If your skin is sensitive, you can use gentler movements.
