Containing a gel-ifying agent for a unique and easy-to-apply gel-like consistency, the BLONDME Premium Gel Developer is a developing gel that enables express bottle application of the BLONDME Glow Toner range.
- Mix with dye/toner in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 (see product instructions).
- Apply to dry hair.
- Leave on for 20–45 minutes.
- Then rinse thoroughly and use shampoo.
Important: cannot be used alone, only when mixed with hair dye.
