Dental trays for intensive enamel remineralization. By using Apa Care dental trays together with Apa Care Repair dental gel, you can very effectively remineralize tooth enamel and at the same time whiten your teeth.
Highly recommended if you suffer from:

Important: Clean your teeth before using Apa Care dental trays.
- Use Apa Care Repair dental gel to fill the dental trays. A very small amount of Apa Care Repair gel is needed for each tooth (enough for the size of a lens).
- Put on the filled Apa Care dental trays.
- We recommend using 1-2 times per day for 15 minutes each time.
Before first use, perform the tray shaping individualization steps:
- Boil 2 glasses of water and pour the boiling water into a larger container. Then add 1 glass of cold water. This will make the water temperature in the container about 80 degrees.
- Take the trays by the holder and immerse them in the water. Then gently move them and keep them in the water for 15-20 seconds.
- After removing the trays from the water, lightly shake out the water from the trays. Then put the trays on your teeth. Press the trays with your fingers from all sides onto the teeth so that the trays replicate the shapes of the teeth.
- Suck out the remaining water strongly from the trays. Then leave the trays in your mouth for 1 minute. After that, carefully pull the trays slightly away from the teeth several times and put them back on. This will ensure that the trays do not become too tight.
- After about 2 minutes, remove the trays from your mouth and rinse them with cold water. Then you can cut off the tray holder and excess material with scissors to make them more comfortable to use. If the trays became too tight – heat them again and adjust.
