Shake the eyeliner well before use. Using the tip of the applicator, draw a line as close as possible to the upper lash line, starting from either the inner or outer corner of the eye. To create a winged look, extend the line from the outer corner towards the temple and connect it to the upper lash line.
For a more subtle look, draw a thin line. For a more intense eye look, gradually build up the thickness of the line.
