Prieš naudojimą kruopščiai nusausinkite dantis. Nuplėškite ilgąją juostelę ir lipniąja puse užklijuokite ant viršutinių dantų. Tvirtai prispauskite juostelę ir užlenkite per dantų galinę pusę, kad gerai laikytųsi. Tą patį pakartokite su trumpąja juostele ant apatinių dantų. Po 30 minučių nuimkite juosteles. Dantų šepetėliu nuvalykite violetines likučius ir išskalaukite burną.
