- Food supplement Himalayan Shilajit, also known as mumio, is extracted naturally from organic matter found in the Karakorum and Zanskar mountain ranges. It is a natural resin (500 mg) used in Ayurveda for centuries, containing a high content of fulvic acids (40–60%) and humic acids (6–18%).
- Mumio, known and used in folk tradition for hundreds of years, has a wide range of applications due to its rich content of natural active compounds. It contains, among others, fulvic acid and humic acid, as well as being rich in iron and amino acids, and a source of sterols and triterpenes.
- The recommended daily serving of the product is 500 mg, which you can easily measure with the included convenient stick. Depending on your needs, the supplement is available in 25 g and 50 g packs.
500 mg (250 mg twice a day). Dissolve 250 mg (marking corresponding to 0,25 g on the included stick) in warm water or another warm beverage. Take twice a day.
