    Prepare your skin well by exfoliating it with the gel scrub. Shake the self-tanning spray and apply it evenly to dry skin. Allow it to dry for 5–10 minutes, avoiding contact with water and clothing. After 4–6 hours, rinse off with warm water. Repeat the procedure every 2–3 days to maintain your tan.
