Before using the brush, make sure your skin is dry and clean. The brush works best on dry skin, so it is recommended to use it before a shower.
Grab the brush by the handle and begin gently exfoliating your body with soft, short movements. Start from your legs and move upwards (legs, thighs, abdomen, arms, back). This movement helps stimulate blood circulation and lymph flow. Don’t forget to exfoliate all body parts: legs, abdomen, back, sides, arms, and shoulders.
How to apply pressure: Use moderate pressure. The brush should not cause pain, but it should not be too gentle either. Feel free to adjust the pressure based on your skin’s sensitivity. If your skin is sensitive, you can use gentler movements.
How long to exfoliate: It is recommended to exfoliate for 5-10 minutes. If you are not used to using an exfoliating brush, start with a shorter time and gradually increase. After exfoliating, take a warm shower to rinse off the dead skin cells. After the shower, it’s recommended to apply a moisturizing cream or oil to keep your skin soft and hydrated.
Frequency: It is recommended to use the exfoliating brush 2-3 times a week, but if your skin is sensitive, you can use it less frequently, such as once a week. If you want to make the exfoliating process even more effective, you can exfoliate your body in the morning, as it helps wake you up and improves blood circulation.
