    Before using the brush, make sure your skin is dry and clean. The brush works best on dry skin, so it is recommended to use it before showering.
    Hold the brush by the handle and begin brushing your body with gentle, short strokes. Start from the feet and move upward (feet, calves, thighs, abdomen, arms, back). This upward motion helps stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic flow. Be sure to brush all areas of the body: legs, abdomen, back, sides, arms, and shoulders.

    Pressure. Use moderate pressure. The brushing should not cause pain, but it should not be too light either. Adjust the pressure according to your skin’s sensitivity. If you have sensitive skin, use gentler strokes.
    Duration. It is recommended to brush for 5–10 minutes. If you are new to dry brushing, start with a shorter time and gradually increase it. After brushing, take a warm shower to rinse away dead skin cells. After the shower, apply a moisturizing cream or oil to keep the skin soft and hydrated.
    Frequency. Use the dry brush 2–3 times per week. If your skin is sensitive, use it less often, for example once a week. For an extra energizing effect, you can brush your body in the morning, as it helps awaken the body and improve circulation.
