    We recommend brushing your teeth with toothpaste 2-3 times a day using our Sonic Toothbrush.

    • The correct application and instruction is crucial. Therefore:
    • Without turning on the Sonic Toothbrush, spread the toothpaste evenly over all of your teeth.
    • Always start in the same place (ideally where you have the most plaque and tartar) and always proceed in the same way, e.g. lower jaw inside left - right etc. Finally, the chewing surfaces.
    • First place your Sonic Toothbrush on the chewing surface and tilt it gently downwards towards the gums at a 45° angle, half on the tooth and half on the gums.
    • Now start the toothbrush at your desired level. You can stay in place for 5 seconds. You don't need to make any further cleaning movements. The cleaning movements of the Sonic Toothbrush will do the work for you. Pay attention to the pressure.
    • After 5 seconds you can move the toothbrush again.
    • Repeat until you have cleaned all of your surfaces.
    • When you are finished you can clean your brush under cold water and gently dab it dry with a paper towel.
