Description

Ylang ylang (Cananga odorata) essential oil has a sweet flowery scent, intertwining with a rich, intoxicating and warm shade of wood. Utterly strong, elegant and very sweet scent arouses sensuality, therefore it has been considered an aphrodisiac since ancient times.

Ylang-ylang essential oil:

  • - has a balancing, positive energy restoring and inspiring effect;
  • - can help to relax the nervous system and has a positive impact fighting stress and anxiety;
  • - can help to decrease blood pressure;
  • - can help soothe the most parched, sensitive skin;
  • - can help balance sebum secretion;
  • - used as a way to stimulate head skin and improve hair growth.

    For aromatherapy – mix 4-6 drops of ylang ylang essential oil or a blend of oils with 20 ml of clean water and vaporize in an aroma lamp or diffuser.

    Prepare an aromatic bath by adding 8 or 10 drops of ylang ylang essential oil to the water.

    1 oil drop mixed with your favorite face cream is enough for your skin care.

    For facial massage, mix 4 drops of ylang ylang essential oil with 15 ml of jojoba, 2 drops of frankincense and 1 drop of carrot seed oils. Gently move from the neck upwards, all the way to the forehead, massaging in small circular movements. Gently wipe off the remaining oils with a napkin. To better absorb the oils and give a better effect, after the massage, cover your face with a towel moistened with warm water and lie down until the towel cools down.

    If you have insomnia, put a couple of drops on your pillow.

    For strong and healthy hair, just 1 drop in your hair wash is enough.
