  • Directions:

Chinese weeping cypress purifies the air and creates an atmosphere as if you were surrounded by a lush pine tree forest. To feel like you're in a pine forest at home, add 6-8 drops of oil to the steamer during the day and 3-4 drops at night.

To fight cellulite, massage with 50 ml of plant-based oil with 8 drops each of cypress, rosemary and grapefruit essential oils. Massage the problematic areas with the mixture at least once a day.

Add 4-5 drops of cypress essential oil to a teaspoon of plant-based oil to prepare an aromatic bath, followed by a mild, low-concentration aromatherapy blend of 50 ml plant-based oil and 10-2 drops of cypress essential oil.

Use a mixture of 50 ml plant-based oil, 10 drops of cypress oil and grapefruit oil, 5 drops of levander oil and 2 drops of chamomile essential oil to relax the muscles after an intensive workout session.

Effective remedies for perspiration and body odour are bathing with cypress essential oil and foot baths with a mixture of salt and a few drops of cypress and Japanese laurel essential oils. Drop some of the oil in your body wash, washing oil, or shampoo (one or two drops are enough). These procedures will leave a pleasant scent on your body.

Essential oils are not medicine. Their effects are researched and, due to the EU's control of health claims, we cannot provide a full description of their properties.
