  • Directions:

Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser or aroma lamp. This essential oil is more suitable for the evenings, before going to sleep.

You can make a scented indoor spray. Add 50 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of water and put it in a dark bottle with a nozzle. Shake before using.

Put 5 drops into the water before washing the floor.

For better sleep, add a couple of drops onto your pillow.

Do not use pure oil on the skin or to the bath. Mix 10 drops with 10 ml of massage or bath oil, cream or salt first.

Put 3 drops on a piece of cloth and put it in the closet. This will give your clothes a pleasant smell and repel moths.

Which other oils go together well?

Lavender essential oil blends with pine, rosemary, neroli, patchouli, bergamot, orange blossom, cedar, rose, vanilla, ylang-ylang, juniper and jasmine.

If you are expecting or taking any medication, it is better to consult your doctor. Essential oils are not medicine. Their effects are researched and, due to the EU's control of health claims, we cannot provide a full description of their properties.
