Siberian fir (Abies Sibirica) essential oil is deodorising, refreshing, soothing, forest scented, often used in oily skin care products.
Siberian fir essential oil:
- - Has a positive impact on respiratory system;
- - Has a detoxifying, purifying effect on ambient air;
- - Has anti-inflammatory and skin-soothing properties;
- - Can help to reduce stress and calm down your thoughts;
- - Used for massage, can improve muscles and reduce pain;
- - Has antibacterial properties;
- - Has skin regenerating and rejuvenating properties, and can help stimulate cell regeneration, smoothness, elasticity and reduce sweating;
- - Can help prevent hair loss, strengthen hair, and prevent dandruff.
To scent the room, add 4-5 drops of this oil to the diffuser. An aromatic vaporiser with a candle is also suitable. Choose the number of drops according to the intensity of the fragrance you want, but don’t forget that there is no need to put too much. The oil will do its job even if you don't smell it strongly. Do not vapor the oil the whole day, 15–30 minutes per day is enough.
For massage, Siberian fir essential oil should only be used in combination with another cosmetic oil (avocado, peach, grape seed, jojoba, etc). Add no more than 5 drops of fir needle oil to 1-2 tablespoons of the base oil. Can be mixed with massage cream.
In a bath where the water temperature is 37-40 degrees Celsius, 4-7 drops of essential oil will be sufficient. Do not add it directly to the bath water, rather mix it beforehand with bath salt, honey, liquid soap or foam. Enjoy this bath for 15–30 minutes.
This oil can be used in the sauna. Add 5 drops to water, stir and spray on benches and walls. Do not put it directly on the hot stones.
You can mix 3-4 drops of Siberian fir oil with 15 g of any cream, cosmetic oil, hair mask, shampoo etc.
Which other oils go together well?
Siberian fir essential oil is suitable for use with tea tree, rosemary, pine, lavender, lemon, orange, juniper berry, geranium, fennel, cypress, cypress, cedar wood, black pepper and aniseed oils. For scenting indoor rooms, choose it according to your taste or therapeutic purposes. Do not use internally!
