Description

    1 to 2 capsules daily with a balanced meal. Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. 

    Taking larger amounts of vitamin B3 is only recommended for a short period of time. For doses greater than 500 mg, consult a doctor or pharmacist.

    To support the joints, take 2 tablets per day as a short course. In case of difficulty falling asleep and sleep problems, it can be helpful to take 2 tablets for a short time one hour before going to bed.
