    File Nails - Shape nails using Nail Tek's Crystal File, specially designed for natural nails to reduce splitting and peeling of the free edge.  Apply Cuticle Crème - Apply daily to cuticle area to heal and soften cuticles and surrounding skin. Cleanse Nails - Apply one coat of Hydrating Polish Optimizer to clean and restore pH level of the natural nail and to ensure maximum polish retention. Apply Base Coat - Apply one coat of Hydration Therapy strengthener on clean, dry nails as a base coat. If you have unsightly ridges, apply one coat of Hydration Therapy Surfacing Refining Ridgefiller to smooth ridges. Apply Polish - Apply one or two coats of polish.
