  • Open the package, remove the exfoliating pad, and place it on the heels in the same direction as shown in the image.
  • Unfold the protective fabric and wrap it over the exfoliating pad. Make sure the “heel” part is aligned with your heel. Secure it with the adhesive strip so the heel mask stays in place. Wash your hands after application.
  • After 60 minutes, remove the protective fabric and exfoliating pad, then rinse your feet with lukewarm water.
  • Calluses begin to peel 3–5 days after use and, depending on thickness, continue peeling for another 3–5 days. Do not use callus removal products or pick at the skin while it is peeling.
  • Use immediately after opening.
