Sunglitz Powder Lighteners, formulated with non-oxidizing pigment, will lift hair color between 1 to 8 levels and neutralize the color tone in one process. The silk protein and masking clay base helps with tightening and strengthening the lightener to the hair. Botanicals, herbs, panthenol, milk, amino acids and olive oil conditions and moisturizes the hair to leave it smooth and shiny following the service. All Sunglitz Powder Lighteners are to be mixed with Sunglitz Sun Energy.
